For
individuals with spleen and stomach weakness or have stomach and duodenal
ulcers, it is not good to drink strong teain order to avoid over-stimulation, and
causing discomfort in the stomach. These types of patients can drink diluted
tea after meals.

Strong tea
should not be drunk on an empty stomach, especially for individuals that do not
often drink tea, drinking tea on an empty stomach will suppress gastric juice; and
drinking too much will trigger heart palpitations, lightheadedness, stomach
discomfort, and low blood sugar, this is the so called “tea drunkenness”
phenomenon. If these situations occur, these symptoms can be relieved by eating
some sugar or drinking some sugar water.
3. When eating
Chinese or Western medicine, tea should be drunk after waiting for a period of
time; medicine with iron should not be eaten along with tea in order to prevent
the loss of the medicine effects.

When the
weather is hot, microorganisms reproduce quickly, if the tea is not
appropriately stored and is placed in the open air for a prolonged period of
time, its inner components can easily go bad and it will no longer be
appropriate to drink.
